The morning of March 26 was dedicated to the students of the Institute of the Enological School of Alba, in Piedmont. In the company of the agricultural technician Grena Elia Bellamooli, the students participated in a presentation on the sustainability strategies adopted by the company. ♻️ The main theme of the day was the circular economy, a concept of sustainability aimed at sensitizing the participants on the process through which Grena recovers the slaughter waste to enhance them through humid thermal hydrolysis, transforming them into new products intended for agriculture. 🥦 During the meeting, the effectiveness of Grena products has been deepened, which, thanks to their high content of amino acids and polymines, are able to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the vines and positively influence the vinification process. 🍷 The students remained very curious about the final results in the finished product. For this reason, the agricultural technician has decided to bring with him two representative cellars of some customers located in the areas of Verona and Vicenza. During the tasting, the boys had the opportunity to savor the wine, describing the sensations and organoleptic characteristics enhanced by the synergistic presence between amino acids and polymines. 🍇
